Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM AEST, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next available business day.

Delivery Method and Estimated Timeframe

We ship using standard delivery services. Estimated transit time is 3 to 10 business days, with most orders arriving within 4 to 12 business days after the order is placed. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather, or high seasonal order volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product, then contact us at support@lenasydeny.com as soon as possible. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check nearby safe places, neighbours, and your local carrier before contacting us for support.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order is usually in processing and may not be cancellable. You may still request a return after delivery according to our Return and Refund Policy.
