Return Window

Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Unworn and Unused: Items must show no signs of wear, washing, alteration, perfume, deodorant marks, or use.
  • Original Condition: Tags must remain attached and the item should be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items excluded for hygiene, final sale, or safety reasons may be marked as non-returnable on the product page.

How to Start a Return

  1. Submit a Request: Email support@lenasydeny.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and send return instructions along with the appropriate return address.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package your item and send it using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to stock availability. Please request the exchange when contacting our support team.

Shipping Costs and Refund Timeline

  • Defective or Incorrect Orders: Lena Sydney will assist with return shipping when the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • Change-of-Mind Returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
